It has a porch with pot plants , a private front garden with a lawn and flower beds, and  a comfortable garden  bench and chairs.



 

Downstairs.

Downstairs is an open plan design featuring a large granite fireplace with  a solid fuel stove ,

a very comfortable settee and matching armchair a wooden club armchair, a radio , a colour TV and DVD, Wi Fi access to internet.

There is a fully equipped spacious  modern kitchen.

The kitchen  has a Rayburn oil-fired cooker  plus an electric cooker/oven , a microwave , a refrigerator, a freezer,   a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an outside barbecue.

Heating and hot water are provided by an oil fired Rayburn cooker( or alternatively by electric) , 
  modern electric radiators and the solid-fuel stove.

                                                                        Upstairs.

There is one bedroom with a double bed,a chest of drawers  and wardrobe, and another bedroom with spacious adult sized bunk beds , wardrobe , chair and small table.
Bedding and towels( except beach towels )are included.

Through the windows there are views of the sea and passing ships,  and, at night , the flashing of the Wolf Rock lighthouse may be seen or the moon reflecting on the sea.
